Our Safety and Operations Maintenance Program is available to schools for a nominal fee. With no interruption to classes, we inspect kilns, accessories and elctrical compnents. We quickly diagnose problems and repair critical issues immediately.
The complete program includes:
- An examination of brickwork, elements, and control mechanisms,
- Electrical check of element conductivity, conccetions and electronic or manual controls,
- Kiln test fire, check controls and heat rise against manufacturer's index,
- Ventilation system, fume and heat loss check,
- And a full report on kiln condition.
